Change to Code for IPA/ISAL to Netherlands

August 1, 2019

The U.S. Postal Service’s Postal Bulletin announces a change to the Foreign Office of Exchange (FOE) Code used with International Priority Airmail (IPA) and International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) receptacles to the Netherlands. The FOE Code is being changed from AMS to HAG. This change is reflected in International Mail Manual (IMM) Exhibits 292.45a and 293.45a. The change must be made by October 29, 2019; however, USPS encourages mailers to immediately implement these changes in order to expedite delivery.
