ISC Delays Could Hurt Int'l Election Mail Preparedness

OIG Finds USPS Won't Fully Meet STOP Act by January
A recently released Office of Inspector General report has found that the Postal Service will not be able to fully meet STOP Act requirements to provide advance electronic data (AED) on all incoming international packages by January 1, 2021.
