UPS Settles False Claims Act Allegation
UPS has agreed to pay about $5.3 million to resolve its potential liability under the False Claims Act for falsely reporting information about the transfer of U.S. mail to foreign posts or other intended recipients under contracts with the U.S. Postal Service, the Department of Justice said in a recent news release. Shippo Launches Shippo for Platforms; Shopify Is First Platform Partner
IMAG member Shippo announced the launch of Shippo for Platforms, a new product that is designed to integrate shipping into e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
