Temporary Stoppage of Mail Services to Bolivia

A service alert from the U.S. Postal Service notes the following disruption of mail services to Bolivia:
Most mail services to Bolivia have been temporarily stopped in accordance with a request by the government of Bolivia. Until further notice, only Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) service will still be available. The temporary stoppage affects Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International (already unavailable to Bolivia), First-Class Mail International, First-Class Package International Service, International Priority Airmail, International Surface Air Lift, and M-Bag items.
