Asendia and Globegistics Move toward Full Integration

Asendia USA and Globegistics have moved closer to toward the goal of becoming fully integrated as Asendia USA by the end of 2019. Effective July 1, 2019, Globegistics will begin rolling out its new Asendia USA name and brand with co-branding period that will run through the end of 2019. As of January 1, 2020, Globegistics will be fully transitioned into the Asendia USA team.

Also effective July 1, 2019, Rob DiVincenzo, President & CEO of Globegistics, will join Asendia USA’s management team as CEO. Michael Hastings, Asendia USA’s outgoing CEO and one of the original owners of the company since its founding in 1986 as Brokers Worldwide, will remain as Asendia USA Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Asendia USA.
