Please see the following update received from the UPU concerning Costa Rica: From: UPU.EmIS Sent: Friday, October 13, 2017 3:20 AM Subject: EmIS 97/2017 – Costa Rica – Partial resumption of postal services Importance: High Further to EmIS 89/2017, the designated operator of Costa Rica, Correos de Costa Rica, wishes to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that postal services have been restored in much of the country after Tropical Storm Nate; however, in some offices, operations have resumed at reduced capacity, leading to potential delivery delays for letters, parcels and EMS items. The postal codes corresponding to the offices with reduced capacity are as follows: 10309, 10312, 10601, 10603–10606, 11901, 11905, 11910, 11911, 30107, 30803, 50204, 50303, 50304, 50306, 50501, 50502, 50702, 50703, 50801–50805, 60102, 60103, 60103, 60106, 60109, 60111, 60114, 60115, 60116, 60204, 60205, 60301, 60303, 60304, 60306, 60308, 60401, 60402, 60402, 60403, 60502, 60601, 60603, 60702, 60901 and 61101.
