Royal Mail Still Struggling
Royal Mail says it is making further progress in recovering IT systems hit by a ransomware attack more than two weeks ago, and has re-enabled another tranche of international export services, ComputerWeekly.com reports. Royal Mail says on its website that it has resumed its International Tracked services to all destinations for business customers and consumers buying postage online. "This includes parcel, large letter and letter formats of these services. Online shipping solutions have been enabled to allow customers to select these services, print labels and send items from 30 January. "
