PMG Responds to Industry Letter

IMAG joined with other postal trade associations in a letter to PMG Louis DeJoy raising concerns with the Postal Service's 10-year strategic plan. The letter notes concerns with the plans' call to reduce service standards and to exercise new pricing authority that could lead to a mid-year price increase, among other issues. The PMG says he "disagrees with virtually all assertions in the letter" in his response to industry.
