USPS Requests to Keep Inbound E-Format Rate Non-Public; IMAG Files Comments with PRC

IMAG has filed comments with the Postal Regulatory Commission regarding the U.S. Postal Service’s request to keep its inbound e-format rate non-public. In its comments, IMAG contends a domestic benchmark rate should be public.
