Asendia Acquires Globegistics

Asendia has acquired Globegistics, a U.S.-based global ecommerce and mail company

with 150 associates and 5 facilities in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. The move further strengthens Asendia’s North American presence as it will build on Globegistics’ 30 years of experience in the shipping of parcels, mail, publications and freight.
