Jacqueline Krage Strako Tapped To Be USPS Acting Chief Customer and Marketing Officer/EVP
Jacqueline (Jakki) Krage Strako will be detailed to the position of USPS Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, effective February 3, according to USPS’s Industry Alert. She will step into the position on acting basis when Jim Cochrane, who currently holds the position, retires on February 3.
Ms. Strako’s 28-year postal career has spanned operations, finance, budget, and industrial engineering. In her new assignment, she will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet the needs of customers in an increasingly digital and rapidly evolving marketplace. She also will drive USPS product development and marketing, industry engagement, as well as sales and customer care.
